PFT oso no nid lidat de rite.. kao .. went to run rd outside the sch compound.. den went back in.. did the warm up etc.. den start to practise the shuttle run..don noe run how many times forth n back sia.. bth.. den after tt tot can rest liao.. den loo say do the crunches..ok.. den 1000 2000 etc la.. did 20 times.. wah.. sot lor.. the leg n head so damn suan.. den phew.. yea... tot finally can rest liao.. den he said do the push up..wa kao.. sot sot sot~! think oso did 20 ba? not sure..4gt.. hais.. den ..climb the stairs like wanna fall down... ka nen sia.. =S~ den he stil mentioned tt.. " this is a gd start gals.." den we all like -_-" wa kao.. lidat jus start ar..? cant imagine next wk wad we gonna do.. lets get sick on mon man~!! sian sian..
